Hey Anand, thank you for taking the time to comment- though I am curious about why you felt compelled to respond before taking the time to read the whole article — triggers really are a most interesting event for the practice of mindfulness. I’d say the point I’m making is more about the overall industry rather than the practice of mindfulness itself — they are two very different things. In my view, mindfulness is frequently misapplied or misinterpreted or marketed via a practice “positive” thinking — so actually, I wonder if we agree on this more than you realise. I’m always interested in discussion though, so once again, thank you for commenting.
